Creative Writer, English Language Teacher, Translator and Interpreter
Fereshteh Niknam is a freelance English teacher, translator, and interpreter with more than twenty years of experience, and profound passion for writing, and an unwavering commitment to precision. Having successfully received a Master’s degree in Translation Studies from the Islamic Azad University, Fereshteh demonstrates an exceptional command of English accompanied by deep understanding of cultural distinctions that helps her toward rendering multifaceted translations and interpretations. Through years of experience in working with international companies and renowned publications, she has attuned her knowledge of language to deliver eminent works. Simultaneous to her translation and interpretation occupation, Fereshteh has been a driving force in creating effective learning environments by developing personalized curriculum and teaching materials for different students in accordance with their desires and goals. She deeply believes that all language learners need a patient leader in their quest to learn a new language by tuning students’ learning competencies through exploring different teaching approaches; thus, she has been applying this belief to her works. Fereshteh is also acknowledged as the only creative writing instructor in Iran for more than seven years. Her students are mostly adults who want to learn various styles of writing and genres and ultimately want to publish their works and be known as renowned writers of the coming generation. As she continues her journey in shaping the minds and hands of tomorrow’s creative writers, Fereshteh Niknam remains keen to create an inclusive and inspiring experience for all students with different attitudes and capabilities through the utilization of a technology-integrated teaching curriculum.
